Shipping/Returns/Warranty



Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on standard product only. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. No return will be accepted without an RMA.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Warranty

Tri-Guards warrants to its purchasers that all products sold will be free of any defects in material or workmanship and meets the design criteria when properly installed/applied per the Tri-Guards, Inc. recommended installation instructions.  Failure to use proper fasteners, adhesives or other installation methods consistent with Tri-Guards, Inc. installation instructions shall relieve Tri-Guards, Inc. of any liability.

Any defective product shall be replaced free of charge if a claim is presented in writing to Tri-Guards, Inc.

Tri-Guards, Inc. will not be responsible for any removal and installation costs involved with a defective product.

Defective replacement product will include shipping costs within the continental United States.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Tri-Guards, Inc. liability under this limited lifetime warranty is limited to replacement only and does not include responsibility for incidential or consequential damages of any type.

All shipments are to be inspected upon delivery and should any damage be found, report it to the carrier and contact Tri-Guards, Inc. immediately.  Boxes will need to be inspected and documentation is necessary to file a claim with the carrier.  Tri-Guards, Inc. will replace the product and ship immediately at no additional cost.  Should the claim be rejected, there will be a fee associated with the original order.

All custom orders are non-returnable which includes; custom colors, custom lengths, and customer drilling.

If a product is required to be returned for any reason, you must contact Tri-Guards, Inc. to obtain a RMA number (returns will not be accepted without an RMA number).  All returns must be returned in re-sell condition, are subject to a 20% restocking fee, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for the initial shipment and the return shipping cost.
